You will need to either enter or update your payment information on one of three occasions:
- Before your trial expires, to ensure continuous service.
- You want to upgrade your plan for additional features.
- Your free trial period has expired and you are being prompted to pick a plan.
For options 1 and 2, follow the steps below. Has your trial expired already (option 3)? Follow the steps in this article.
1. Navigate to Settings --> Plan & Billing
2. Click on Change Plan
3. Pick your plan
Click the "Select" button below that plan that you want.

Here's a shortcut if you already know how you are using Thirdshelf:
"I'm using Marketing campaigns only. No loyalty or frequent-buyer program"
- Pick the Starter plan
"In addition to Marketing, I am using a single loyalty program structure -- no Mix & Match."
- Pick the Regular plan
"In addition to Marketing, I have a Mix & Match loyalty program and I'm using Point Modifier Rules"
- Pick the Pro Plan
4. Enter your payment information
Once you select your plan, follow the pop-up prompts to enter your payment** information.
The address you are prompted for is the address associated with the Credit Card you are about to enter.
NOTE: NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN TODAY!
The first payment is taken 30 days after you select a plan.
**Thirdshelf only accepts credit cards as a payment method
