Once a member is enrolled certain information is carried over to Thirdshelf to power segmentation and various features. Sales data is pulled automatically on a weekly basis, points are earned are instant and customer information and product categories are pulled every 24 hours on a nightly basis.
The customer information that is pulled over is the following:
- First & Last name
- Email address
- Customer Groups or Types
For Springboard customers, name and email addresses are pulled into Thirdshelf automatically but a manually mapping needs to be done for custom fields related to product categories, customer groups or birthday months.
For Vend, product categories and customer groups should be tagged as this is what Thirdshelf will be picking up on. As long as the customer is enrolled and activated this information will always be updated overnight. Information can be pushed from your POS to Thirdshelf but not the other way around.
